Restart your phone, make sure Android and Google Play services are up to date and that you have free storage. If it still happens, email us your phone model and Android version.
On your phone. Playing offline needs no account. If you change phones, progress does not move automatically, so please contact us before you uninstall.
Purchases belong to your Google Play account. Open the game with the same Google account that bought it, and check Google Play order history. Still missing? Email us the order number.
Use the Remove Ads purchase inside the game. Rewarded ads are always your choice and never required.
Use the Delete my data page for the game. It explains how to download or delete everything held for your guest account.
Bloom Blocks
It is in final testing now. The Google Play page will go live soon, and this site will show the button as soon as it does.
Yes. The game is free to play with optional ads you can choose to watch for rewards. A one-time Remove Ads purchase takes the interruptions away.
No. Your progress stays on your phone and the whole game works offline. Leaderboards and challenges use a random guest name, never your real name or email.
No. Every Journey level is checked by a level bot to be solvable without boosters. Boosters only make things easier.
Bloom Blocks is made for players aged 13 and over. If you say you are under 13, the online features stay off.
