1. Who we are and what this is
Bloom Blocks is published by Lalit Kumar, trading as Kiki Games, an individual in India ("we", "us"). These terms are the agreement between you and us when you install or play the game. If you do not agree, please do not use it. Our privacy policy explains how data is handled.
2. Who can play
Anyone can play offline. The online features (leaderboards, awards, challenges) are for people aged 13 and over and are off for players under 13. If you are under 18 (or under the age of adulthood where you live), you need the permission of a parent or guardian to use the online features and to buy anything. If your local law sets a higher age for agreeing to terms, you need permission up to that age.
3. Licence
We give you a personal, non-exclusive, non-transferable, revocable licence to install and play the game on your own devices, for non-commercial use. The game, its art, sound, code and name belong to us or our licensors. All rights not given here are kept by us. You may not copy, modify, decompile, reverse-engineer, rent, resell or republish the game, except where the law says you may despite this clause.
4. Fair play and acceptable use
- Do not use cheats, modified apps, emulator farms, scripts or bots, and do not forge or replay requests to our server.
- Do not try to break, overload or probe the server, or access other players' data.
- Do not use the service for anything illegal.
Scores are checked. We may hide or remove any score, withhold or take back awards, reset progress on the online account, or block an account that we reasonably think is cheating or abusing the service. Endless runs that use the flower pot are not ranked. Our decision on rankings and awards is final to the extent the law allows.
5. Online features
Leaderboards, awards and challenges are provided as they are, may change or end, and may be unavailable. Names are generated from word lists and you cannot type your own. Awards are small in-game rewards with no cash value. We may change the Daily or Endless boards, weekly awards or rules at any time.
6. Purchases, coins and ads
- Coins and "Remove Ads" are digital items sold through Google Play and covered by Google Play's terms and payment rules. Prices and taxes are shown by Google Play.
- Coins and in-game items are a licence to use them inside the game. They have no cash value, cannot be exchanged for money, and cannot be transferred or sold.
- Refunds are handled by Google Play under its refund policy. We cannot refund Google Play payments ourselves. This does not limit any refund right you have by law.
- "Remove Ads" removes interstitial ads. Ads you choose to watch for rewards stay available. Ads are provided by third parties (Google AdMob) and we do not control their content.
- Purchases never change leaderboard ranks: ranked runs use no boosters.
- If we end the game, unused coins are lost and are not refunded, except where the law says otherwise.
7. No warranty
The game is provided "as is" and "as available". We give no promise that it is error-free, uninterrupted, secure, or that it will suit your needs, and we do not promise to keep any progress or online data. As far as the law allows, we do not give any warranty, express or implied, including of merchantability and fitness for a purpose.
8. Limit of liability
As far as the law allows, we are not liable for indirect, incidental, special or consequential loss, or for lost data, lost progress, lost profits or lost game items. Our total liability to you for any claim about the game is limited to the amount you paid us through the game in the 12 months before the claim, or INR 1,000 if you paid nothing, whichever is greater. Nothing in these terms limits liability that cannot be limited by law, for example for fraud, for death or personal injury caused by negligence, or your rights as a consumer under the law where you live.
9. Your responsibility
If your breach of these terms (for example cheating or misuse of the service) causes us loss or a third-party claim, you agree to cover the reasonable loss, to the extent the law allows. This does not apply to consumers where the law forbids it.
10. Ending
You can stop at any time by uninstalling the game and deleting your online data (how). We may suspend or end your access to online features, or end the game or a feature, at any time, for example for breaking these terms, for legal reasons or because we stop running the service. Sections that by their nature should continue (licence limits, no warranty, liability, governing law) continue after the end.
11. Third-party services
The game uses Google Play and Google AdMob. Their own terms apply to you when you use them. We are not responsible for their services.
12. Changes
We may update these terms, for example when the game changes. The date above shows the latest version. If a change matters, we tell you in the game. If you keep playing after the change, you accept it. If you disagree, stop playing.
13. Governing law and disputes
These terms are governed by the laws of India. For a dispute that cannot be settled by talking first, the courts at New Delhi, India, have jurisdiction. If you are a consumer in another country, you also keep any right you have under the mandatory consumer law where you live, including the right to go to the courts there. Please write to us first so that we can try to fix the problem.
14. General
If a part of these terms is found invalid, the rest stays in force. If we do not enforce a right at once, we have not given it up. You may not transfer these terms to someone else; we may transfer them with the game. These terms and the privacy policy are the whole agreement between you and us about the game.
