Account deletion statement
Bloom Blocks does not need a sign-up. If you use the online features, the game creates a guest account (a random id and a generated name) on our server. You can delete that account and the data attached to it at any time, without contacting us, and without reinstalling.
Method 1: inside the game (fastest)
- Open Bloom Blocks and go to Profile.
- Tap Delete data (called "Delete online data" below).
- Confirm by holding the button.
The deletion happens straight away. Before you delete, you can tap Download data to get a copy of everything in the account as one file.
Method 2: by email (also if you uninstalled the game)
Email hello@kikigames.net with the subject "Delete my Bloom Blocks data" and tell us:
- your support code shown on the Profile screen (the best proof the account is yours); otherwise
- your generated player name (for example "Sunny Tulip 4821") and roughly when you first played.
We may ask one question to check that the account is yours (for example your best score or level). We do not need your real name or ID documents. We will confirm by email, normally within 7 days, and always within 30 days. Under-13 players have no online account, so there is nothing on our server to delete. You can use the same address to ask for a copy of your data.
If you cannot identify the account (the game was uninstalled and you do not remember the name), we cannot find it. Accounts without activity for 12 months are deleted automatically.
What is deleted

What is not affected
- Your game on the phone (progress, coins, settings) stays, because it never left the phone. Uninstalling the game or clearing its storage removes it.
- Purchases are held by Google Play, not by us. Manage them in Google Play. Deleting your online data does not refund them.
- Ad data held by Google AdMob is controlled by Google. Reset or delete your advertising ID in Android Settings, Privacy, Ads, and see Google's ad settings.
After deletion, if you keep playing online, the game creates a new empty guest account on request. If you do not want this, say "No thanks" at the online consent step or play offline.
